Does the wearing of an estring raise the oestrogen levels as measured by a blood test?

If so, by how much? This would be of importance to those patients who have had an oestrogen-dependant breast cancer, wanting to keep the blood level of oestrogen as low as possible - post menopausally. Also, does it react with Arimedex?
